"we loved this place its a home not a house. hopefully we will be back"
these people open there home up to people to come and enjoy. there is so much to do in the home you really don't need to do much else. Most of these houses I have been to have been exactly that, but this is a home. thanks. we hope to be back.

"The overall experience was superb from renting the property to the day of arrival!"
The overall experience renting this home was great! Working with Erika at Grizzly Reaoets was easy and she always answered my questions in a timely manner. The actual check in process wasn’t going to work for us so arrangements were made for us to obtain the keys at the actual property through the lock box. They made it very easy for us! The property had everything we needed and more! Although we took a lot of our own cooking utensils the home was equipped with everything we needed. The heat was on when we arrived which made it very comfortable, along with the hot tub so we could just jump right in! We were there to enjoy Snow Summit and Big Bear Mountain for a weekend of snowboarding and both were less than 5 miles away which made it very convenient! The bonus was the game room, it was so much fun for all of us! This home is equipped with everything!!! The decor is nice and very cozy and comfortable! The check out process was hands down so easy! The only thing we had never had to do with any other property was remove our trash off site at the end of our stay, but it honestly wasn’t too bad and the dump site listed in the book was easy to find and the process itself was quick! We would definitely rent this home again hands down. I would highly recommend it to others. It’s a little pricey but well worth it! Thank you Grizzly Resorts and the owner of this home for making our stay another family memory in the books, we loved it!

"Great Stay At Peter Pan"
What a great home to visit in Big Bear. Amazing game room, which we stayed in most of the trip. Great amenities and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Outside area was great especially with the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay and would not hesitate to book again.

"Perfect Place!"
We had an amazing mother son weekend away in Big Bear at this beautiful cabin. It was cute, cozy, and so fun! The game room was amazing. So much fun packed in one place. We didn’t want to leave!

"The game room was born on the best part of our stay! There were eight of us and we had so much fun"
Despite assurances based on previous comments we could not get the hot tub over 94° and we just didn’t have the patience to keep working at it. Also because there is one thermostat for the entire house those guests downstairs stayed nice and cool while those of us upstairs were unable to breathe it was so hot. We had no choice but to open the windows. It was probably the two worst nights’ sleep ever and I like being warm when I sleep. Other than that there was plenty of signage. I would suggest people by firelogs versus bundles of firewood. Again a lot of energy into building a fire in the tiny wood-burning stove in the living room. Also for a cabin that sleeps up to 10 seating more than six in the living room became awkward. Despite these minor issues, it is a very spacious cabin. It is so welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

"Exactly as described and pictured"
A surprisingly nice place to stay in the city of Big Bear. No views, but the cabin makes up for it in all the things it has to offer. Air Hockey, Foosball, bar quality video game machine, darts, great hot tub, great fire pit with log seating, horseshoes, poker table, and more. Interior recently redone and very high quality finish and furnishings. The only draw back is the cabin in somewhat small and may not play out well for groups larger than five or six. The thing I would change is the seating in the living room which only seats four people. I would take out two of the end tables and put in a much larger couch (that seats four) along the wall that adjoins the bedroom. But other than that, the cabin was near perfect.
