This superb log style lakefront was designed with guest’s comfort in mind. We have plenty of amenities that will make your next trip to Big Bear a memorable one. There are high vaulted ceilings and log accents throughout. Several large windows allow the great room to be filled with plenty of natural light and offer a breathtaking view of outdoors. From here you can access the back deck, the outdoor hot tub, BBQ and picnic table. The entrance level also has a master bedroom with a full bathroom, shuffle board, laundry room, and another full bathroom off the living room for added convenience. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs along with the pool table, a foosball table, and a work desk. There is a flat screen TV in every bedroom. The TV’s are Netflix/Hulu ready. We have Apple TV available which puts a vast library of movies and music at your disposal.

This luxury chalet sits in one of Big Bear’s most high demand neighborhoods: Eagle Point States. This centralized area is walking distance to Meadow Park, the swim beach, restaurants and convenience stores. It’s less than 2 miles from skiing and snowboarding, and downtown Big Bear (the Village). This beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walks and casual biking trips. Book your next getaway today!

NOTE: Due to drought conditions the boat dock is not available at the moment and access to the water is limited. Our guests can launch or temporarily park their boats at one of the local marinas. The Big Bear Marina is the closest one and it’s less than 2 miles away.

Q: How do we check-in?
A: Detailed instructions on how to check-in are sent in the confirmation email. The person in charge of the reservation must obtain the access code to the cabin at our check-in office. This is an ordinance from the City of Big Bear Lake. If you will be arriving after hours, contact us to make special arrangements.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. During the Christmas and New Year holidays, check-in is at 4pm due to high demand.

Q: Are linens and towels provided?
A: Yes. Linens and towels are provided enough for 14 guests.

Q: Do I need chains? Will there be snow during my stay?
A: Always carry chains in your vehicle if your trip falls between November and April. Our guests can check weather and road conditions in real time by clicking on the links in their confirmation email. We can’t accurately predict when there will be snow.

Q: Is the garage available?
A: The garage is not available for use.

Q: Is the firewood provided?
A: The fireplaces are gas and cannot burn firewood.

Q: Do you provide propane for the BBQ?
A: The BBQ is connected to the natural gas. It’s ready to be used on-demand without the need of a tank.

Q: Do I need to take my trash at the end of the stay?
A: Yes. In accordance to City Ordinance all guests must take the trash to a disposal site at the end of the stay. Trash bags and directions to the disposal site are available at the cabin.

"The perfect Big Bear 🏠 home!" This home sits on the lake and is absolutely beautiful! There were 3 couples with 5 children and we never felt crowded here. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. You will have everything you need and more!!!! The fireplaces are an added bonus as well as the jacuzzi on the deck right outside the door overlooking the lake. A very warm addition to a chilly winter weekend ☃️ The house is also very close to the main street in town, restaurants and the ski slopes. The one comment my family made that could be an improvement was that the beds in the couples bedrooms were double not queen and therefore a bit small for the average couple. The house was a great choice and we will definitely rent this property again! I would highly recommend it!!!!

The management office helped checked in early and checked out late. Everything in the house is quite new and prepared. House is as same as web described.Definitely we will come back next time. Highly recommend!

"The view!! Spacious!!" We loved this property. Beautiful home, has everything you need. Great for big families. Right on the lake so the view from the windows was just amazing. We would definitely stay here again and it must even be amazing in the summer as well. Less than 2 miles from the village area. Loved this property!
