This superb log style lakefront was designed with guest's comfort in mind. We have plenty of amenities that will make your next trip to Big Bear a memorable one. There are high vaulted ceilings and log accents throughout. Several large windows allow the great room to be filled with plenty of natural light and offer a breathtaking view of outdoors. From here you can access the back deck, the outdoor hot tub, BBQ and picnic table. The entrance level also has a master bedroom with a full bathroom, shuffle board, laundry room, and another full bathroom off the living room for added convenience. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs along with the pool table, a foosball table, and a work desk. There is a flat screen TV in every bedroom. The TV's are Netflix/Hulu ready. We have Apple TV available which puts a vast library of movies and music at your disposal.
This luxury chalet sits in one of Big Bear's most high demand neighborhoods: Eagle Point States. This centralized area is walking distance to Meadow Park, the swim beach, restaurants and convenience stores. It's less than 2 miles from skiing and snowboarding, and downtown Big Bear (the Village). This beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walks and casual biking trips. Book your next getaway today!
NOTE: Due to drought conditions the boat dock is not available at the moment and access to the water is limited. Our guests can launch or temporarily park their boats at one of the local marinas. The Big Bear Marina is the closest one and it's less than 2 miles away.
Q: How do we check-in?
A: Detailed instructions on how to check-in are sent in the confirmation email. You are required to follow the check-in instructions provided. The confirmation email has the address of the rental, check-in instructions and any other information pertaining to check-in. Please let us know if you’ll be arriving afterhours.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. During the Christmas and New Year holiday period (Dec 18-Jan 3), check-in is at 4pm due to high demand.
Q: Can I bring more than the maximum number of guests specified on the listing?
A: No. The maximum occupancy allowed for this home is 10 adults and 6 children. The limits are strictly enforced and may not be exceeded at any time during your stay.
Q: Can I bring more than 4 cars?
A: No. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is 4. The limits are strictly enforced and may not be exceeded at any time during your stay.
Q: Are linens and towels provided?
A: Yes. Linens and towels are provided enough for 16 guests.
Q: Does the home have Air Conditioning?
A: No. The home does not have Air Conditioning.
Q: Is there a hot tub?
A: Hot tub might be available for your stay. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Hot tub must remain covered while not in use.
Q: Do I need chains? Will there be snow during my stay?
A: Always carry chains in your vehicle if your trip falls between November and April. Our guests can check weather and road conditions in real time by clicking on the links in their confirmation email. We can’t accurately predict when there will be snow.
Q: Is the garage available?
A: The garage is not available for use.
Q: Is the firewood provided?
A: The fireplaces are for decorative purposes only and not available for use.
Q: Do you provide propane for the BBQ?
A: The BBQ is connected to the natural gas. It’s ready to be used on-demand without the need of a tank.
Q: Do I need to take my trash at the end of the stay?
A: Yes. In accordance to City Ordinance all guests must take the trash to a disposal site at the end of the stay. Trash bags and directions to the disposal site are available at the cabin.

"Beautiful home"
The home it stunning and literally everything you need for time away with family/friends. The kitchen is well stocked with literally everything you would need which is a major bonus compared to other properties we've stayed at. All the appliances are top notch and the house is in impeccable condition. The location on the lake could not be more beautiful. Our only gripe was the wifi didn't work so we couldn't watch TV (which would have been nice in the evening for the kids to wind down). We made do with games instead so it was fine but would have been nice to have.

This home is beautifully designed and located. The views are gorgeous and the house is well appointed and stocked. The inside furnishings are just lovely. Checking in was easy and communication with the management prompt and courteous. The shuffleboard and pool tables were a big hit with the kids and the master bedroom and bathroom were luxurious. My only negatives concern cleanliness and the outdoor area. It advertised deep cleaning which was important to me but it was dusty and there were chip crumbs by the sofa. The bathrooms however were super clean and it could be the house just was empty for awhile. The deck furniture was limited considering the number of people the house can hold and that and the picnic table area were not the quality and style of the rest of the house. For the price of this rental and the attraction of those wonderful views I’d consider updating the outside seating. I still give this home a five star rating however because overall it was fantastic and we were sorry to see our time there end!

The house was perfect for our family trip. It was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the lake that can be seen from the dining area and the essentially floor to ceiling windows in the common area. It is well maintained and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The kids loved their room that doubled as a gaming room with huge TV and video games. Lots of entertainment with shuffle board, pool table and foosball too. Management was also very responsive to our questions prior to renting and when we had a question about check in. The only thing that we would put on the wish list for the house would be to have another bathroom / shower upstairs since there are three bedrooms. There was, however, a shower in the common bathroom downstairs so that didn’t really pose a problem. I would definitely rent this place again on our next trip. Note there is no direct access to the lake from the house, but that worked out well for us because we had two young kids with us.

We booked this cabin for Memorial Day weekend and had a blast. The pictures of the cabin are nice but don’t do it justice. The cabin is very well stocked with more than we could have imagined. We will definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a GREAT place to stay that has luxury, all the amenities, things for all ages in a family and plenty of space to bring family and friends - this is the place! "Labor Day Visit"
Overall, a great experience and we would highly recommend the property. The house is conveniently located, boasts spectacular views, is very well furnished, clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. Our group included 5 adults and 7 kids and we had tons of room. Only two very minor complaints. First, the online listing makes it look like there is direct lake access as well as a grassy area where kids can play. Unfortunately, you are separated from the lake by a small canal and all the grassy areas in the pictures belong to the neighboring properties. The only other issue is you do not have garage access. Totally understand why (the owners use it for private storage) but it would have been helpful to know that beforehand; there isn't anywhere to secure large items (bikes, kayaks, etc) overnight.

The house was clean and beautiful. Much better than the photos. The water was far away and far from the dock, but we were able to walk through some high grass to get there. Really loved our stay!

It is a beautiful home and great for a group. While it is waterfront, there is no direct access to the water. There is a canal and fence in front of the property which wasn't clear to us.

This property is stunning! The view looks right out to the lake and mountains! Small backyard with gravel, picnic table, BBQ, jacuzzi, and patio furniture! The weather in July was perfect! The house was so clean and had everything; garbage bags, bathroom essentials, highchairs for kids, even bedtime books for kids too! We loved staying here!

This home sits on the lake and is absolutely beautiful! There were 3 couples with 5 children and we never felt crowded here. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. You will have everything you need and more!!!! The fireplaces are an added bonus as well as the jacuzzi on the deck right outside the door overlooking the lake. A very warm addition to a chilly winter weekend ☃️ The house is also very close to the main street in town, restaurants and the ski slopes. The one comment my family made that could be an improvement was that the beds in the couples bedrooms were double not queen and therefore a bit small for the average couple. The house was a great choice and we will definitely rent this property again! I would highly recommend it!!!!
